I had a hotdog and pizza from the Costco food court. Only food eaten today. Soon after while running errands I started to feel sick. Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills, stomach pain. Ordered a black bean burger, felt fine until about 6 hours later, started getting chills, stomach pains, nausea, and vomiting up only black beans. Have thrown up 5-6 times in the span of 5 hours.
