Had Frozen Jack's Supreme Pizza on March 31, 2023 @ 3 pm. Ate 3 pieces and within 30 minutes felt nauseous and dizzy. I thought I was having a strong gluten sensitivity to it when I can normally eat this and feel fine. Threw up 3 times… See more

Three days ago we went around lunch time. My husband felt stomach cramps and was in the bathroom for hours and the next day I was vomiting and couldn’t keep anything down. Three days later and we’re still in pain and dealing with this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
