I ate a burger and butterfly shrimp from culver’s on Tuesday, April 30th. It’s now Saturday, May 4th and I am still unable to eat without experiencing nausea & discomfort in my stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

About 20 minutes after eating at this Taco Bell . I got severe stomach pain, diarrhea, stomach cramps, gas, vomiting and nausea. These symptoms started around 12:30 am and I’m still having issues at 7:43am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas
