Me and my coworker both had lunch at subway and both of us got food poisoning he went to the hospital I didn't. We had the same thing to eat. That is the only place we ate at together.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

After work I picked up some McDonald's and eat it on the way home. I had the number two which is two cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. I got home and the food wasn't even in my stomach for 5 mins when I started vomiting. I threw up every bit of it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
