Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Great value juice
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: I contacted the Minnesota department of health and summited an stool sample couldn't make it to hospital

Went at 9pm, ordered a box combo, the chicken seemed off and weird, was really oily, wet and soggy. One of the pieces had a large chunk that was inedible. My daughter had a few sips of a vanilla shake and within a couple hours spiked a fever and had stomach cramps. Actually throwing up twice and then felt better and fever broke. Her dad also had a few sips and was nauseous. I called and reported to McDonald’s  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
