My fiance and I ate the chicken nuggets at this mcdonalds (they were cheap, we had little money, and no food in our home) we both regret it. With me it started with diarrhea, he started with fever, we have both been vomiting and it all smells like our insides died  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
