Got a 20 piece chicken nugget from McDonalds for dinner yesterday. I’ve been getting sick and running to the bathroom since 1 in the morning. I’ve seen this business on here multiple times. They really need to be closed down. McDonalds on Jefferson Ave. near Fox Park.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Yesterday at Lunch Philly steak sandwich My husband and son had different menu items and did not get sick. We had lunch around 1 ish & I started having severe symptoms around 6pm which has continued throughout the night into today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

could ever recall for several hours alongside raging diarrhea and nausea. Only reason I didn’t vomit was because I didn’t allow myself to. Then, I’ve developed a low fever that persisted to Saturday night.
