) from them as well. I immediately froze all of the proteins. I prepared the pork burgers & turkey chili last week with no issues. Tonight (01/17/22) I prepared the Chili Ginger Pork Noodles meal for my husband & I. I thawed the pork in the microwave & then thoroughly cooked it. The meal included a fresh lime, 2 green scallions & shelled edamame (among other packaged spices, sauces, Ramen Noodles plus a 1/2 oz. of shelled peanuts). The meal tasted OK, I had washed the scallions, edamame & even the lime before cutting. The edamame & the white part of the scallions were cooked with the pork and sauces but the green part of the scallions and the peanuts were just used as a garnish on the rest of the cooked mixture. Within an hour of consuming the meal I had severe stomach cramps that continued for a 4+ hours & I went to the bathroom several times following dinner (lose but not diarrhea). Within 2 hours of finishing the meal, my husband had explosive diarrhea twice.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
