Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Chills, Low heart rate
Suspected source: Roast beef sandwich, mozzarella sticks, or crinkle fries
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: None. Don't feel great at all. Felt clammy, nausea, airways felt slightly restricted.

Don't buy the bag of frozen Swai fish I battered and deep fried it in oil checked the temperature with a thermometer a hour later felt like I was going to puke then the next morning I pooped out live worms went right to the doctor got checked out everything is clear now hasn't happened since.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Additional information: About 5 hours after eating i was feeling sick. Excessive diarrhea, extreme vomiting, extremely weak. Bad headache
