I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken quesadilla, soft beef taco, and a baha blast. 5 hours later I’m throwing up and I have diharrea, fever, and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Grilled shrimp and pene meal.

Around an hour and a half later chills/fever began with nausea and GI pain. Shortly after vomiting commenced.

One individual vomiting with chills/fever. Another individual is having stomach pains and nausea, no vomiting has occurred at this time for the other.
