Started The 15th of this month, Sandwich from here. It was not just me. I went with a friend and we got two different types of sandwiches, I got a cheesesteak he got a tuna sandwich. We both got sick from it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate a portobello mushroom & Swiss sub on whole wheat bread. 2 hours later, severe bloody diarrhea, chills,nausea. ER visit next day confirmed food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Bloody Stool

I was eating pepperoni within a couple hours I started feeling sick, having watery diarrhea and feeling nausea with really bad stomach pains. What ever I eat or drink I feel sick and have to go to the bathroom. It’s been 2-3 days still the same.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
