On the 4th of July, around *?pm. (The day before yesterday). I ordered a 4for4 alongside a 4piece nugget. I got home within 22-24 minutes later, ate, and finished the meal. Within approximately one hour I became very sick, correlating mid-grade fever- like symptoms. Chills, body temperature

risen, throbbing migraine, feeling weakened/loss of energy, unable to digest anything else, loss of appetite, muscle ache/sore under left armpit, very very faint pink discharge, nausea/queasy. I had to stay in bed for the entire night up until the next day only being able to get up for necessary things (water, nutrigrain, etc). I still had symptoms. Especially painful migraines from the top and center of my head, down to the back of my neck and the bottom of my spine, chest and mid-back pain, uncomfortable abdominal pain/aches, soreness under my left armpit (at this time there was no sign of a small lump yet), and some nausea. However, the fever went down aside from not feeling too well. Today, on July 6th, I woke up to a small sore lump under my left armpit under the same sore spot I received after the food poisoning. I went to the emergency room and they diagnosed me for lymphadenopathy. I was prescribed two different medications and told to have to do a follow-up. If the bacterial infection/lump does not go away and/or becomes larger, I must report back to a primary physician and receive blood transfusions, a biopsy, and so forth. I’ve been very devastated for the past 72 hours, and even now more so than before since finding out about my diagnosis. This is getting in the way of being able to work, and I am unable to financially accommodate all necessary medical bills/travel expenses/and any further damage that may occur down the line. I even had to turn down an interview that I had yesterday because of this abrupt matter. I have all my discharge papers, and I also contacted their corporation with a much shorter description of what happened due to their typing limits. Still no response back. Thank you for being concerned, and willing to assist in taking action towards this injustice. I look forward to speaking with whoever this coincides with.
