Bought tortellini salad from their deli dept. An hour or so after eating just a few bites, starting getting very upset stomach followed by violent vomiting. I'm 100% sure it was from that, since that was all I had eaten all day to that point.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Extreme Diarrhea 3 hours after drinking a iced mocha swirl cappuccino with whipped cream. Major stomach cramps with me going to the bathroom 5x maybe even more. Stomach is extremely bloated no matter how many times I go to the bathroom.
