July 6th. Loose bowels right after eating. Next morning 3 loose BMs. Not as bad now but still loose bowels 4 days later. Not sure. But this has happened before after eating here. This has happened other times after eating here.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered tender combo at 5:50 yesterday around 3 am I woke up because I felt sick once my mouth started getting moist i knew I was going to throw up , I threw up 3 times since then and on top of that I have diarrhea,I have to go to school at 6:40 kill me…  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had a bowl of lucky charms cereal last month (I still have the box!) and the next day I was super sick. I haven’t vomited since like 2010 so it was very out of character. I had gastrointestinal issues for two days. Nausea vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
