I ate a bowl of lucky charms on 4/15/22 at around 7am by 12am I was nauseated, vomiting, with explosive diarrhea and gas discomfort. On Tuesday, October 29,2018 I purchased a Dave's Double cheeseburger. 10 minutes after eating the burger I became very sick, nausea, fever, chills, muscle aches and fatigue. On Wednesday October 31st the symptoms were the same. Thursday October 31st my symptoms were the same, however diarrhea was... See More added with a fever of 102.7 and I was so sick and weak I couldn't get out of bed I had to call out sick at work. On Friday November 1st I still had all the same symptoms so I again had call out sick from work but contacted doctor and scheduled an appointment. My doctor examined me and did bloodwork and urine sample. When the part of the results came back my sodium levels were extremely low due to dehydration from diarrhea so my doctor wouldn't allow me to leave the office until I received fluids through IV. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic to treat the food poisoning.
