I ate the new loaded Taco Burrito at the Taco Bell in Sanford, NC. About an hour after eating had stomach pains then developed nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Symptoms lasted a few days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I always get sick same symptoms upset stomach and diarrhea, especially with the spicy chicken deluxe. I am very persistent person so i wanted to make sure my diarrhea wasn't cause by chick fil a, weeks later I was eating another chicken sandwich and there you go… See more

My husband and I both ordered a bacon cheeseburger with salad bar. At approximately 11 pm that night I woke up violently ill vomiting and diarrhea then my husband began getting sick just after midnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
