Grilled chicken sandwich Ate half of sandwich. Got home 1hr later stomach start hurting and cramping. Hurt to touch. Start vomiting. Hr later vomiting started again till no more and dry heave. Could not rest. Symptom of feeling nausea but could not vomit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered curry shrimp at 3:30pm on 12/12. Began feeling off later that evening. Began vomiting uncontrollably at 3:30am on 12/13, which lasted until medical intervention was given at 6:30pm 12/13. Had several slices at work today within 1 hour after eating got cramps then diarrhea. Unsure which location it came from it was bought to us for lunch. Others were complaining about it as the day wore on.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Sandwich from this location. I started developing nausea about 1 hour after eating. I was the only one who got sick. My father’s sandwich didn’t have several thing that were in mine. Later in the evening I threw up several times. There was no diarrhea associated with this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
