I purchase a chicken bowl with corn, cheese, sour cream, and mild sauce. It was around 6:30 pm. On February 16,2016. 20 minutes after I ate it my chest start to hurt then shortly after it stop. Then I started to feel nausea and sleepy all of sudden I was not feeling like this before I ate there.  | Symptoms: Nausea

February 1st, 12:00pm .
Philly Cheese Steak, tasted a little off. Two bites later I tasted something like a bad seafood smell. Decided to stop eating. First vomited about 45 minutes later, currently experiencing abdominal cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
