I had a veggie bowl with white rice, black beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce around 2:00 pm on 9/28. Approximately 12 hours latter had severe diarrhea lasting about 5 hours

Monday, 8-13-18, between 12:30-1:30pm
Bowl w/ white rice, black beans, barb, sr crm, cheese, chips, red and green salsa.
Had food poisoning about 4 hours later. It was my first meal of the day as I have coffee for breakfast. That I make at home.

I ate a bowl of white rice with shredded chicken, black beans, tomatoes, corn and sour cream for lunch. The symptoms of nausea and vomiting started in the evening followed by severe diarrhea for 3 consecutive days even with bismuth subsalicylate treatment (6 pills a day). Finally,…

I ate at 5pm. Diarrhea and puking started simultaneously at around 9pm. Has not stopped yet and it's currently 3am. I also have a fever. I had a chicken and steak burrito with all beans and rices
