I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich around 1700. Within an hour I had a fever, chills, and severe nausea. I ended up puking violently throughout the night. I am pretty sure the chicken was undercooked. Never again!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Went to McDonald's the night of December 25th. Had a Sriacha burger, fries and peppermint mocha. I ate around 7 pm and an hour later started having stomach pains and griping. This led to having severe vomiting, chills, fever and diarrhea for over 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
