May 15, 2025 ordered a Power Salad at the Portland Oregon airport. Within 12 hours became extremely sick.. violently vomiting and nausea for the next 12 hours. Then proceeded to have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Diarrhea
