I bought a bag of David sunflower seeds. I ate some on Thursdays along with catalope that day. Nothing else. I was nauseous and throwing up the rest of the day. I thought it was the cantaloupe. I ate some more sunflower seeds today. Up to two hours later. I was sick again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I should have known to just walk out the door when I saw the workers checking food temperatures and making faces as if it wasn’t exactly “safe.” Within minutes of eating, heartburn set in and then stomach cramping started. Nausea soon followed along with vomiting and diarrhea. Avoid at all costs.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Cramps
