I got the jello banana pudding signature creation like it size. March 21. Became violently ill about 30 mins after eating. Terrible gas, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, stomach cramps. Lasted 24 hrs  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Gas

Got a chicken deluxe meal last night and ate it in the car while driving home and soon as I made it home I felt sick. I was vomiting and had diarrhea all night until 2:30 am the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected source: Chinese food shrimp was mushy and taste funny

Ordered chicken tacos from the Manayunk Brewing Company with some drinks. Woke up at 3:30am with terrible stomach pain and have had nonstop diarrhea since then. I know for sure it was the tacos, because my friend did not drink but has also claimed he feels sick in similar fashion  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
