Bought a bag of Fresh Express salad mix and had it for dinner, on April 12, 2021. 3 of us are it and all 3 of us ended up sick to our stomachs, diarrhea, one of us vomited, one of us (me) also had headache, fever, chills, nausea, diarrhea for 10 days (so far).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Headache, Chills

I just came from there 35 minutes ago and had a beef and cheddar I was fine before eight and on my way home and at 35 minutes I began to feel lightheaded and nauseated and going to pass out I ended up vomiting and had bad diarrhea at the same time  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded

A Cheesesteak sub Highland got so bad I ended up in ER as soon as my plane land and got in my truck to drive back home to Rochester directly to the hospital  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Not sure, but ate peanuts throughout the night My wife are peanuts throughout the night. She was the only one to eat them and this morning and all day she has been vomiting and has had diarrhea as well. She has been extremely weak and not very alert
