Grilled chicken tender salad at 6:30pm Monday night. Symptoms started around 9pm and progressively got worse starting around 3am. My wife has a fever, chills. Diarrhea and terrible stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills

Today at 1145am, a 6 inch spicy Italian, with provolone, tomatoes and mayo. I shouldn’t of ate it because the girl with bright pink hair kept hitting the mayo like it wasn’t coming out. I had stomach pains all day, continued with violent diarrhea. Avoid this location. I still have cramps  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Had a mushroom Swiss burger around 5pm January 19, 2019. Husband had a barbecue bacon cheeseburger. Around 6 am next morning started vomiting and continued for 12 hours. Husband has felt queasy all day but no vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
