I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and my mother ordered a plan within 3 hours we were both violently ill. Vomiting, chills fever. Day two and still sick this problem needs to be fixed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Service was horrible. They forgot to put my kids order in. The food was ok but the after effects was the main problem. My wife got food poisoning and so did my daughter. I will never step foot back in another Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

July 14 2017, teriyaki chicken and vegetables. I started feeling very sick 8 hours later, I had a fever, I was throwing up, and I was sore and very dizzy. My whole family got food poisoning from the restaurant.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Soreness
