I had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. I started to feel sick about 30 mins after and still 4 days later can’t eat or drink anything without throwing it back up or having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Potato soup and salad bar, Started feeling Nauseated, and stomach pains right when we left and progressed on the way home. Had to pull over and try not to crap my pants.
