Within 48 hours of eating chicken on Delta flight from CDG to ATL May 13, 2017, I came down with the worst case of food poisoning. Medical tests conducted by Dr. confirmed Campylobacter infection. Lost 4 pounds in 4 days. Very painful illness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo and cheese. I ate around 2:30pm on Saturday May 27, 2017. I started regurgitating at 7pm, it is now 9pm and I am still regurgitating and also have diarrhea and a fever. Ate a bowl of brown rice, black beans, salsa, carnitas, sour cream, lettuce on 05/18. Woke up with body-aches on 05/20. Developed a fever, chills, diarrhea and nausea later in the day, Broke fever, body-aches, chills by evening but diarrhea and nausea continue thru 05/22.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
