My wife got the 4 for 4 with spicy chicken nuggets. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with two large sides of chili around 11:30 PM on the 5th of January, 2016. We both woke up with abdominal pain and diarrhea. I slowly progressed to an achy body and fatigue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
