After 3 pm when I ate my food my stomach started hurting an increase of diarrhea and vomiting and it has lasted 15 hours I will be going to the doctor in about 6 more hours if it doesn’t stop. I now have a fever and haven’t ate anything since 3 pm the day before  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Right before 3 I started puking. I could drive home had to call my girl to puck me up. Went to an urgent care amd was sent to the er. His was all I ate today. Tried to drink Gatorade and puked. Bought pepto and puked.  | Symptoms: Nausea

We ordered 2 Cobb salads for dinner last night June 9 and I ate mine and went to bed. This morning I woke up with extreme stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting.
