I heated up an individual serving of Stoufers lasagna and a few minutes after eating it completely I started to get body aches, fever and chills. This began a very long night diarrhea and vomiting. I ate it at 6:30 pm and I still have diarrhea at 10:45 am the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache

Progresso Minestrone soup bought from HEB in either Kyle or Lockhart, TX. After 2-3 hours of consumption, nausea and stomach cramps, followed by vomiting and diarrhea. Vomiting lasted 6 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

My husband and I had ordered this. We ordered a big pizza box with 3 pizzas, 4 drinks, and quepapas. My husband and I were the only ones who are the quepapas luckily and not our 2 children. My husband went and picked himself up a 3 piece meal after we left work on Saturday at 5:13 p.m..
