I got a free bowl from Chipotle yesterday around 6 with rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, salsa, corn, cheese, quac, and steak. Have been having major stomach pains and diarrhea since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
