Got a Texas fried steak with mashed patatoes and green beans and the green beans were so sweetened with sugar (very unusual) that it made me sick since I am a dirabetic! What happened here? Green beans are not supposed to have sugar in them?, Only me!  | Symptoms: Other

i ate a steak from applebees and now ive thrown up 13 times, i got sick just me and it was about 5 hours and then i started throwing up like crazy its not even letting me sleep  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever

2-19-2019 totally disgusting. Told chef waiter and manager sushi tasted bad. Sick for 2 days. Resaurant denied it even though 3 out of 4 were sick. The ones who ate sushi. The worst customer service with the way they handled the issue. The food quality is gross even other than the sushi.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
