I was doing just fine but 3 or so hours after eating I started shaking and sweating and felt like I was going to black out so I got onto the sofa with my boyfriend and he said that I felt hot. I was traveling through town so I'm not sure what the street was. I ate there fairly late in the evening and a few hours later had chronic diarrhea and headaches fever vomiting for 5 days, I was by myself and symptoms started about 6 or 7 hours after I ate  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Headache
