Consumed the normal size Stouffers salisbury steak with mac and cheese the day after purchase. After approximately 90 minutes nausea , vomiting and weak feeling. The proceeding 18 hrs have been diarrhea, headache , nausea and weak feeling.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness

I had picked up a McDouble and a large fry and within hours became extremely light headed and nauseous and vomiting, Im the only one who got sick, it took fhe symptoms roughly 2ish hours to begin  | Symptoms: Vomiting
