Today, Costco chili. Vomited multiple times within 30 min of eating it. I’m pretty sure chili from Costco Both my son and I got sick from Costco chili. He ate it on saturday and I thought he just had the flu even thought he puked multi times in the night. I ate it today and got sick also.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Monday afternoon. McDonalds hamburgers. I ate a quarter pounder with cheese and my two children had happy meals w/ hamburgers. The following day all three of us had either severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. One of my children experienced a fever of 103.8.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps

The Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowl. Got sick within an hour after eating. Started with mild stomach cramps and continued with moderate to severe cramps for multiple hours worsening before bedtime. Some diarrhea the following day but the cramps were very bad.

I opened a large bag of Oncor frozen chicken nuggets and microwaved them according to instructions. I ate five nuggets. Less that two hours later I was afflicted by severe diarrhea, nausea, burning stomach cramps, perfuse sweating and dizziness.
