Had a chicken bowl at lunch time (12:15pm) on Monday April 11, 2016, started vomiting and diarrhea by 11:57 pm. Lasted about 4 hours. Freaking horrible. I can pretty much pin point it due to the fact that it was the only thing different that I ate compared to the rest of my family.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

My mom ate the shrimp at Mayan. It happened today (2/8/16) at 7:45-9:20 pm. She was vomiting, having diarrhea for almost 2 hours straight... We are temped to call the hospital right now... My dad has been helping her vomit and gag most of her body fluid up right now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

We got our food at drive through we got super tacos and jumbo jacks I started to get sick within about three hours my husband around 5 hrs after eating I think I got sick faster as I have crohns and colitis and most of my guts are gone that was two days ago and we are both still sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
