I purchased and ate a double cheeseburger at 7:50pm. I woke up at 2am shaking and nauseous. I began vomiting around 2:30am and over the next two hours vomited a total of 4 times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Without health care many, like me, can't go to a doctor when we have been poisoned by stores like Costco who don't care about humans or the fact that foods have to be clean but their workers are not.

Daughter had a happy meal. Rest of family had teriyaki from different restaurant. At 1130 Christmas Eve she was projectile vomiting ALL OVER! Was fine in the morning with only a sore stomach. Absolutely disgusted with quality that was served to a child!  | Symptoms: Vomiting

We had Panda Express on Saturday night. Me, my wife, and my mom had chicken and shrimp, and my dad had beef. On Monday night all within 20 min of each other started having dihreah, fever, vomiting all night. Except for my dad. Both me and my brother ate the same thing at the same time at 11pm. It is now 4am and we both woke up at the same time with bloating, nausea and crapping our guts out.... Clearly food was tampered with  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating
