Had lunch yesterday at Outback, ordered ribs. Within an hour I had nausea and cramps, and by the evening I was very ill and making frequent trips to the bathroom. Second time I've ordered ribs from this chain, different time & location, second time getting extremely ill. Never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

8 hours after eating at a Wendy's on a December 21, 2016, had debilitating fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Was so weak was unable to walk from bedroom to bathroom, so spent the night lying on the bathroom floor. It took 5 days for my stomach to return to normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
