Wife ordered a salad bowl and I ordered a burrito and we both got sick. Common ingredients: lettuce, brown rice, black beans, steak, queso, guacamole. Severe poisoning with extreme dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration

Ordered a ranch turkey sandwich (overly loaded with ranch). Threw up 2 1/2 hours later and continued to throw up for the rest of the day/night and into the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
