12/26 stopped for lunch, chicken soft taco meal plus ranch. After finishing I was immediately sick. I was nauseous for a few hours, and then was feverish. I took a nap, and woke up vomiting violently. I felt pretty fine after that was over  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate late Saturday night after getting off work. Woke up Sunday morning vomiting. Diarrhea and vomiting commenced every 20-30 minutes accompanied by nausea, fever, and cold sweats until I fell asleep that night. Took cipro before bed and it saved me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

At at 8:30 am - was having bouts of painful diarrhea by 4pm. It was a sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich and a peppermint mocha with an extra shot. Very sick. Still feeling sick. Once it passed I was able to eat and drink normally - so it was definitely from the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
