I had the Caesar Salad from the food market. I was the only one from my party to eat the salad. I do intermittent fasting so it was the only thing I really had that day till the even but at that point I was already getting sick. Next thing I know I am throwing up with diarrhea for the next 24hrs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Both my daughter and I displayed symptoms after eating spicy chicken nuggets. Immediately that night both of us became ill.
We had not eaten or drank anything the same except when we went .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a teriyaki burger with ham, onion rings, and a Diet Pepsi on 8/23/19 around 1:30pm. Afterward my stomach was cramping. Within 8 hours I had chills, fever, body aches, and major gastrointestinal distress.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Gas, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
