I had been feeling fine. Got lunch with my wife and son at Wendy's after doing some work at my church. I got a salad. About an hour after we ate, I started feeling some abdominal and bowel discomfort. i got a whopper from fair plain burger king in Ripley wv. i ate it and in thirty minutes i began to feel like i needed to throw up no more than 45 minutes later i was excessively throwing up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My fiance and I got a pizza from little ceasers he ate three slices and is vomiting nonstop has a fever and diarrhea. I only ate one slice and been vomiting and have diarrhea as well. I know I will not be eating little ceasers ever again because this is horrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
