Puking and shitting same time for the father and a four year old constant diarrhea 7 year old puking all have over 100 fever. Had two pizzas one with three meats and 2 cheesy breads cheese stuffed with jalapeños and spinach which I have an instant taste aversion thinking about it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We believe the culprit to be the McGriddle cakes. There were 4 people in our party and 3 of us had the cakes and 1 didn't. The only one not to get sick was the 1 who didn't. We are at 9:30-10 am and symptoms manifested in 2 people around 5 that evening and the 3rd around 9 pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
