9/3/18 Ate 2 crunchy tacos, a few tater tots, and large ice tea at around 2pm. Felt a little sick by the time we got home in UT. Around 5-6pm started getting nauseous, then vomiting around 6pm. Had lunch, hamburger. Sent it back because it was not cooked enough for my preference. Got diarrhea within 30 minutes afterwards. Either from hamburger or they used butter or margarine with it. I have lactose intolerance and asked for no butter no margarine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
