I've been eating Lucky Charms since I was a kid and in my experience the green stool was "normal", presumably from food dye. As an adult, however, this cereal tears through me. Started end of April, I believe Lucky Charms I also now have a unspecified respiratory tract infection that is not getting any better since eating the cereal.
