I ate one chalupa, one crunchy taco, both with fire! salsa and drank a Pepsi with ice. Also I dined in store. Ten minutes after leaving, I vomited. I have not vomited in years. I was feeling great before eating there. I believe someone at the Taco Bell put something on my food to make me vomit.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I went there last night and got nachos, a hard shell Taco, and a naked chicken chalupa. And a few hours later I got super sick.
Then I found out my friend went to the same Taco Bell last night and got the nachos as well and he's been throwing up all night and morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
