I ate the falafel here and they were over cooked but in was starving so I ate them anyways. Couple house later, I have non stop diarrhea and profuse vomiting. I did. It eat or drink anything in between. When u threw up it was the falafel contents.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
