Had chicken nuggets with 3year old happy meal on 2/25/2018 at 6pm. I’m 50 years old had stomach cramps, starting almost immediately. My 3year also started complaining of his stomach in pain as well. No vomiting no, little nausea feel like something sitting in stomach and real bad stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Ordered a happy meal from he McDonald’s on hwy 56 in Wesley Chapel and the next morning my 5 yr old started vomiting, acting lethargic, fever, I took him to the clinic and they diagnosed him with food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
