A McChicken, like other fast foods, could be the cause of food poisoning. Improper handling of the chicken, lettuce, or mayonnaise could result in contamination. Chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise have all been linked to Salmonella and E.coli outbreaks. Food poisoning associated with McChickens is often characterized by diarrhea and nausea.

I just got horrible food poisoning from this location yesterday. Bought a McChicken and Cheeseburger around 1:30PM on Nov 24th 2023.
